Dear friend,
I hope you can hear me right now buddy, because if I could make one wish right now that would be to bring you back, to hug you close, to hear your voice, to see you one last time and the world would be a better place. Can you see me? Can you see how different the world has become in the absence of your soul? Can you hear me? Can you hear the tears that fall off of your loved ones as your memories fill their hearts with love? Can you feel the waves of love all the way from up there? Even the feelings of melancholy that clouded our minds, the unexplainable emptiness of adjusting to a life without you? I can’t wrap my head around how you were taken towards the path of no return. How were you convinced? How did you carry such selfless courage that only a few people possess? It isn’t easy to wrap a rope against your neck, to take your own life! You didn’t have to go through it. In every good there is bad and just like that in every bad there is good, there is hope. There is always hope. The stars can’t shine in the absence of a dark night sky. We get only one life and you are worthy of it. You are worthy of a life with family, friends and everyone and everything you ever loved. I hope you understand how much we miss you and love you. I’ll tell you all about it when I see you again.
Suicide isn’t an easy task. Taking your own life brings horrors only one can imagine. Every hardship in life meets a place of ease in the end. But suicide isn’t ease. We all go through rough times. And it’s okay to have a few grey areas in life, to feel a little lost sometimes because within each and every person is the potential to rise above everything, courage to fight against the forces that try and take you down. Greatness lies in each and every one of us! I hope you start seeing yourself in a new light. And be the first to make a change. Make the world a better place.
